Marking two decades since the 9/11 attacks, the First Church bell was rung while a minute of silence was observed six times Saturday morning.  The memorial started at 8:46 AM when the first plane struck the North Tower of the World Trade Center.  The other attack events observed were at 9:03 AM, 9:37 AM, 9:59 AM, 10:03 AM and 10:28 AM, corresponding to when the attacks took place at the South Tower, the Pentagon, the Shanksville Pennsylvania plane crash, and observing the time each tower fell. Outside the Church entrance a dozen or so people were standing in somber respect while 6 people took turns ringing the bell.
