The steeple of First
Church is lit October 20-28, 2023, in honor of Brian M. Holland’s 67th Birthday,
which was on October 20th. Brian was known to his wife Jean as
Brian, his children Dad, and his grandchildren Papa. His light shines brightly
and continues to shine on his family and friends.

November 18, 2023, is the First Church in
Pembroke s 3rd Annual Blood Drive/Thanksgiving Bake Sale in Memory
of Leland (Lee) Little. Calling all FCP members, your help is needed.
Please sign up to donate any baked goods for our 3rd annual bake
sale. We are also looking for
volunteers to help that day, November 18, 2023.

Flowers for the Sanctuary: The 2023 Flower Signup Sheet
can be found outside the Deacons Closet. Please call the office and leave a
message if you are interested in ordering flowers for a Sunday Service. Flowers
are a beautiful way to remember a loved one and celebrate a birthday,
anniversary, or any other special event.
Sunday Fellowship: Thank you to all who either brought
a food item or signed up to bring one in. Please remember that these items can
be store-bought. Your generosity is appreciated. A signup sheet for this is in
Fellowship Hall.
