The Steeple of First Church is lit June 08 15, 2024,
in honor of Brian M. Holland.
Our hearts ache with the absence of Brian, a beloved husband to Jean, a cherished father to his daughters and son, a doting grandfather, and a dear friend to many. His light, which once brightened our lives, continues to shine in our memories. Though he has left this world, his memory remains vivid and deeply missed. Until we meet again, Brian, we love you!
Tool Sunday
The Missions Committee will have a table in Fellowship Hall today, Sunday, June 09th, and June 16th, in honor of Father s Day and Tool Sunday. Envelopes will be placed in the pews. Please see the insert for detailed information on CWS Tools’ Bee the Change. Judy, Gail, Mary, and Marge thank the congregation for their continued support.

First Church June Monthly Meetings; please join us.
Deacons: will meet on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. Deacons meet on
the second Sunday of each month. These meetings are available via Zoom. Please visit Firstchurchinpembroke.org for the Zoom link.
Thrift Shop: will meet on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at the Thrift Shop at 1:00 p.m.
Trustees: will meet on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, in Fellowship Hall at 6:00 p.m., followed by the Council meeting at 7:15 p.m. Trustees and the Council meetings are on the third Tuesday of each month. These meetings are available via Zoom. Please visit Firstchurchinpembroke.org for the Zoom link.
Missions: will meet on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. Missions meet on the fourth Sunday of each month.

Reverend Theodore’s Office Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 10 -3:00 P.M. Tuesday is her Sabbath Day. She can be reached on her cell phone at 774-225-3662.
First Church in Pembroke Community Pancake Breakfast is on the first Saturday of each month. The next one is on July 06, 2024, 8 10 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. Pancake Breakfast is year-round!
Flowers for the Sanctuary: The 2024 Flower Signup Sheet can be found outside the Deacons Closet. Please call the office and leave a message if you are interested in ordering flowers for a Sunday Service. Flowers are a beautiful way to remember a loved one and celebrate a birthday, anniversary, or any other special event.
Sunday Fellowship: Thank you to all who either brought a food item or signed up to bring one in. Please remember that these items can be store-bought. Your generosity is appreciated. A signup sheet for this is in Fellowship Hall.
