The First Church in Pembroke Community Pancake Breakfast is not just an event but a cherished tradition we proudly uphold. It is a time for our community to unite, share a meal, and strengthen our bonds. Held on the first Saturday of each month, the next one is scheduled for July 05, 2025, from 8:00 10:00 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. Remember, Pancake Breakfast is a year-round celebration, a testament to our unity and togetherness.

Flowers for the Sanctuary: The 2025 Flower Signup Sheet is available outside the Deacons’ Closet. Please don’t hesitate to contact Francine if you want to order flowers for the Sunday Service. Flowers are a beautiful way to remember a loved one and celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, or any other special occasion. The cost of the flowers is now $45.00.

Sunday Fellowship: Thank you to all who either brought a food item or signed up to bring one in. Store-bought items are also welcome. Your generosity is appreciated. A signup sheet for this is in Fellowship Hall.

First Church in Pembroke Steeple Lighting & Playing of the Chimes: If you would like to light the Steeple or play the Chimes for any special occasion, such as a birthday, anniversary, or in memory of a loved one, you can contact JoEllen Graham via the FCIP Facebook page. This is a unique way to mark a special event and share it with the entire community. The Steeple Lighting and playing of the Chimes symbolize our unity and support for each other during significant life events. It is a beautiful way to share your joy or sorrow with the congregation.
